All favorites under MOS dashboard "Manage Favorites" are gone - for no apparent reason

I have been using MOS for years. I had several hundred MOS docs saved under "Manage Favorites" and today discovered they are all gone. I confirmed no search criteria was preventing them from being seen.


Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Or have you experienced this in the past and know how to fix so I can see all my previously saved favorites?
