Document regarding A9.4 Role Based Security

What document(s) are available that explain/show Role Based Security in World A9.4 and how to set it up? I can't see any discussion in the Security Administration Guide,Release 9.4, E50782-03. The Help Text talks very little about the interaction of the users and their roles. Any help would be appreciated as we are upgrading from A9.2 to A9.4 in a couple of weeks.
