Dependent packages for an ESU

Hi,

ESU JN18513 was installed to our DV environment and appears to be working properly. After promoting to our PY environment the following error occurs when launching P00119 and selecting find: JAS_MSG346 JAS database failure: [SQL_EXCEPTION_OCCURRED] An SQL exception occurred: ORA-00942.

If we try to apply JN18513 to PY using P96740 (Electronic Software Updates) there is a warning messages stating that a dependent update has not being applied to the environment. P96740 shows JN18513 and it dependents - JN16174 and JN15264 - as being in DV only. I also checked a number of dependencies for JN16174 and JN15264 and most of their dependencies also show as being in DV only.
