E1 Transportation - Shipment Consolidation - Multiple order for selected order types only?

As a rule, we only do single order consolidation. As our processes for most orders direct to customer are geared to shipping single orders, not planning shipments. But for Transfer orders to other branches, it would be nice to be able to do multiple order consolidation, as we actually plan those shipments. Transfer order are a different order type and the sold-to branch number and customer number are the same. But the ship from branch (F4211 MCU) is the same for customer orders as transfer orders. Is there anyway to turn on the multiple order consolidation only for the transfer
