ACA 2020 PDF XML EE_Address2 and ER_Address2 overlaps zip code if City/State too long

Is anyone having an issue with the zip code overlapping the City and State in the XML file used to create the PDF files? We sent our file to the printers and they are reporting they cannot see zip codes. We have applied PRP Patchset 32159038 and Patch 31640745 into our test environment. I am seeing the overlapping in the ER_Address2 and EE_Address2 tags. I'm not sure if this is the reason but I am not seeing the same occurrence in my 2019 PDF XML file.
