Extract stuck in "Starting" status

Hello


I have an Integrated extract which abended a few days back because of a missing logfile.

2021-02-05 20:27:07 ERROR  OGG-00868 Error code 1291, error message: ORA-01291: missing logfile

 (Missing Log File WAITING FOR REDO: FILE NA, THREAD 1, SEQUENCE 1806328, SCN 0x001b.bb2484a1. Read Position SCN: 27.3139732642 (119103849634)).

But, in adminclient, the status shows as "Starting". It doesn't allow us to stop/kill or start it back up. We were hoping to reconfigure the extract to begin at a different time. But it does not allow any operation on it. The underlying Capture was still Enabled. Force Stopping the Capture process did not help.
