questions regarding 30576112

Hello.

We used to install patch 30576112 in our 12.1 oracle home. We're still waiting for a new version for 210119 proactive bundle patch, since it conflict with that patchset.

The bug description is not really clear, when and where this patch has to be applied. It seems, that it handles a problem associated with a database upgrade. We do not need to upgrade anything to 12.1, but we have to upgrade 12.1 to 19.10. So do we have to install this patch on both homes (source 12.1 and dest 19.10) or just one of them ?

does anybody have knowledge about this ?
