XML Schema Error on Correction Submission for ACA -2020

WE have put in all the patches and the original was submitted and accepted with errors. Fixed the errors with correction, ran and received the files but it's getting rejected with the error of "XML Schema Validation Failed - not well formed or missing required elements"


HELP!!
