Partial Year Eligibility Show as 1H on 1095 for whole year. SB 1A for months eligible,

We have about 10 employees that are showing incorrectly on their 1095C.

We reprocessed 5 employees that were hired in either October or November and had waived benefits based on the attached instructions. I then purged the archive file and reprocessed but they continue to show as 1H for line 14 (all 12 months). I was expecting to see 1H for the months prior to when their benefits were effective and then 1A for the months they were offered benefits even through they waived coverage.

We have already applied this patch as well for ACA 2020 - 32434879

Attached is the solution we were given last year for the same issue. No longer works this year.
