How to remove "Record Print Status" button of PPR

How to remove "Record Print Status" button of PPR from custom responsibility.

We need to define 2 new custom responsibility.

One is for person who do the format payment and others is for record print status step.

So, first custom responsibility will not see record print status button (for confirm payment) and the second custom responsibility can see both steps (format and record print status).
