oks_ocint_pub will this API create a Install base instance for SUBSCRIPTION contracts/agreements?

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

There is a procedure om_subscription_schedule in this API which has IB creation API, however not getting from where this is getting called. Can anyone help me on this.
