Display of Dynamic Header logo on multiple pages in BI Publisher report

Hi

For Customer statement (BI Publisher report) to display logo in header we are using <?start-body?> logo is placed above this and after the group <?end-body?> is placed.

Header works ok when customer Statement is on single page, If report goes to 2 pages we are not able to see header in second page. Looking for fix on this issue

We are on Oracle EBS R12.1.3 using Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0
