Siblings as Top Node in Company Directory?

Hi everyone,

We need to add siblings as top node in Company Directory. We have two different reporting lines and two employees should appear as top node. Empl A does not report to Empl B and Empl B does not report to Empl A.Is it possible to add siblings on top node.
