1095-C PDF with Section III covered persons names truncated allowed by IRS?

Hello,

We are using 1095C for the first time and are noticing that the Section III covered person names are being truncated on being more than 19 characters. We opened an SR and got a confirmation that this is intended functionality. Our question on whether IRS will allow such printed forms if they are used by the employee is still not answered?
