Cannot download Database Release Update 19.10.0.0.210119 for Windows

Hi,

can anyone explain what happened to the Database Release Update 19.10.0.0.210119 for Windows?

I tried to download it from below:

Oracle Database 19c Release Update & Release Update Revision January 2021 Critical Issues (Doc ID 2725758.1)

The link of "Microsoft Windows 32-Bit & x86-64 Bundle Patch 19.10.0.0.210119" is dead, "Details for Patch 32062765 not found.".

When I chose "Database Release Update 19.10.0.0.210119", only Linux versions are available.
