Employee not shown in Manage Benefits Instances page even the HIR event is in Prepared status

Hi,

we have an employee who is a new hire and his HIR event is prepared and in open for processing status. He has not made in the Manage Benefits Instances page even after we executed the Ben Admin process. Is there anyother thing i need to check on for this ?
