How is Oracle RAC One Node licensed and priced?

Oracle RAC One Node is an option to the Oracle Database Enterprise Edition and licensed based upon the number of CPU's in the server on which it is installed. Current list price can be checked at Oracle Public Price List site

Unlike the Oracle RAC feature, Oracle RAC One Node is not available with the Oracle Standard Edition.

The 10-day rule applies to Oracle RAC One Node, this means that it is allowed to relocate or failover a database to another node as long as it doesn't exceed ten days per year.
