How works OPM Process planning and ASCP integration?

Please address this question to Lea DiPentima or someone else from Oracle Process Manufacturing support team

I understand that in Release 12 OPM’s MRP module was retired and OPM Process Planning functionality is integrated with ASCP unconstrained planning. It is enough to setup and use OPM Supply Chain Planning having MSC- Advanced Supply Chain Planning as a shared product in license in Oracle Application Manager?
