I am upgrading EAM as part of an eBS upgrade to R12.2.9. I know there is a lot of new functionality in EAM in R12 but specifically can anyone tell me if there is anything that can do the following in EAM


  1. Statutory Requirement Alarm - EAM System to generate alarm when maintenance does NOT meet statutory requirements.
  2. The ability to populate timesheets for workers by the hour rather than the day.
