HTML Email approval for Purchase Orders in FSCM

My company has FSCM 9.2, but no predefined or sample HTML emails seem to be included.

I created a basic approval email from scratch and its working. But, I would like to add two things in particular to the email...

1) Total Purchase Order Amount

2) Comment grid of the approval history

I can't find any documentation or samples to point me in the right direction. I think I need to add a 'support' record to the Transaction Configuration page under the HTML Emails - Data Source group box to do either.

If anyone has a sample body of any custom or predefined email template that shows the history comment grid. Can you reply? (simple SQL statement that will help find one... 'select EOAW_BODY from PS_EOAW_EML_TMPL;')
