OEM job view issue

I created OEM job in 13.3 to backup databases and added database targets to the job, the view job for 2 OEM users is showing multiple runs(same number of runs as target databases) and for other users including sysman user the job view is showing only one run for all databases targets. 

I tried changing OMS parameter "oracle.sysman.core.jobs.ui.useAdfExecutionUi" to true but that did not help, can you please let me know how to compare job view setting between OEM users and change job view settings?
