P48331 Resource Assignments does not generate warning or error when assigning unavailable resource

Hello,

P48331 Resource Assignment does not generate neither warning nor error on attempt to assign unavailable resource.

Case:

JDE Release 9.1.5

For the reasons of vacation, the resource is made unavailable via P48307 (Resource Working Hours) for a specific date range:

However, the P48331 Resource Assignments allowed assigning of this resource to a job on a vacation day.

In addition, it allocated assigned hours to the first day in the week after the vacation:

I consider this as wrong.

The expected outcome should be a generated error (or at least warning) on attempt to assign unavailable resource.

Please, advise if perhaps the setup shown above is wrong, if this is incomplete design, or bug.
