streams pool size growth infinitely

Hi all, we configure cdc on oracle database 11.2.0.3.15 and faced whith problem what streams pool size (apply shared t) growth infinitely, i think that "apply shared t" was cleaned but that not happening.

The value of this query tends to 0.90, which means that stream_pool_size needs to be increased

SELECT TOTAL_MEMORY_ALLOCATED/CURRENT_SIZE FROM V$STREAMS_POOL_STATISTICS;

0,669193838072079

now streams_pool_size is 47g

and apply shared t used ~31g
