New Inventory child Org Setup

We have 4 Operating and under each operating unit we have many child orgs setup. I am doing the setup for one child org under one OU. Our master Item Master Org is in other OU. I have done location , organization, organization parameters, shipping parameter, picking rules, freight carriers, sub inventories, shipping parameters , included the Newly created child org in Hierarchy and for assigning the item i run the Item Organization Assignment to assign the item for new child org and almost 52000 items have been assigned but import items has gone in warning.

1) In log file of Import items I found the error "Master controlled attribute value conflict in child organization for one of the following attributes: Unit Of Measure(DIMENSION_UOM_CODE), Length(UNIT_LENGTH), Width(UNIT_WIDTH), Height(UNIT_HEIGHT), Bulk Picked(BULK_PICKED_FLAG), Lot Status Enabled(LOT_STATUS_ENABLED), Default Lot Status(DEFAULT_LOT_STATUS_ID) "
