Exadata IO statistics

Hello community,

I recently updated a summary of Exadata related IO statistics for my own blog and would like to share it to community as well. I hope it is useful as a reference, and would like to hear if there's anything wrong.

The blog is the following and there's some explanation, but I'm afraid it is not useful as it is written in Japanese, sorry.
