Does the usage of Privilege analysis function in Oracle 12c enterprise edition require any additional licensing ?

We had read in some of the article that Privilege analysis function comes along with Oracle database vault and require additional licensing. And in some other article it was mentioned as free to use now.'

Please confirm if additional licensing is required for usage Privilege analysis function?
