ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

Hello guys,

It happens sometimes that criticial jobs are interrupted in our SAP application.

We have an Oracle Database in version 19c.

The dumps generated on our application are these one :

DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR - Database error text: "ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE"

It seems that the application lost for a short time the connection to the Oracle database.

We applied all the recommended parameters for our Oracle Database but it did not help to solve the issue. For example :
