When we took the drive dump for the HP LTO5 drive through the HP L&TT tool ,we observed in "LTO_alerts" text file which is saved in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\HPE\HPE Library and Tape Tools\logs",,,

This drive has shown signs of going off track during writing with cartridge n/a.
