FCCS is not loading January Data

We've tried to load data but failed because of the error below:


2021-02-10 20:45:44,735 FATAL [AIF]: Error in CommData.insertImportProcessDetails

Traceback (most recent call last):

 File "<string>", line 1103, in insertImportProcessDetails

RuntimeError: No periods were identified for loading data into table 'TDATASEG'.


Can someone please help me what to look/consider for this kind of error.
