Interunit Transfers of Inventory Items received multiple times

We have some interunit transfers of inventory items that were received multiple times. In some cases, it appears that two end users were receiving the same interunit transfers at the same time. In other cases, it appears that the transfer was partially received multiple times in such a way that too many items were received (i.e. an order for two was received three times with receipts for one.) This issue is causing auto replenishments to over replenish because the values in PS_TRANSACTION_INV and subsequently PS_RPL_SCH_IUT6_VW and PS_RPL_SCH_IUT4_VW are incorrect. Has anyone else had similar issues?
