457 Savings Plan Setup - Static Employee Contribution

I'm sure this will be an easy answer, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

We're setting up a 457 Savings Plan where the employee contribution will always be a set amount (3%) and the employer contribution will always be a set amount (4.5%). On Plan Attributes, we have the employer 4.5% set up fine as a non-matching percentage of a special accumulator, but we don't see a place to put the 3% employee contribution so we just put the 3% in the before-tax up-to-threshold limit box for employee investments. When we process a new hire through Ben Admin, the 3% employee contribution is not populating in the Savings Plan table. How do we get
