The Fixed Assets Mass Additions report in Payables is not working in 2021

The report to move Assets from payables to Fixed Assets worked in Nov 2020. I have looked at setup it looks okay. Only thing I know that has changed is the patch for 1099 was applied. We are on 12.1.3. Any recommendations of things to check would be great. Thanks
