Blanket Release for Dual UOM item overrides transaction quantity

Hi,

When we release blanket quantity for dual UOM item, P420111 tries to back calculate Transaction quantity based on secondary quantity as soon as requested date is entered. This seems to be bug. 

Can you please test and let me know if this is bug?

Dual UOM item is setup on item master additional info tab on P4101

Primary UOM KG

Secondary UOM BL (Blocks)

1 BL = 27 KG

Pricing UOM is set as LB in order detail preference

Standard UOM conversion for LB and KG setup in P41003

P4210 version is setup to use pricing UOM as Transaction UOM.
