Descartes seeded data in Oracle GTM Cloud?

in Oracle Global Trade Management (MOSC)

Is there any seeded data available from Descartes within the Oracle GTM cloud application - if so how to initialize....we have the access to Cloud GTM application - not a customer but an IT services vendor.

Any idea as to how to initialize that seeded data to try out transaction within GTM Cloud.
