not able to provision to users in shared services

Hi All,

I have created a user and group when i tried to provision to the group and expand essbase cluster-1 it is not expanding and am not able to view the members below to push them to the right side, other users also exists in the application and they have access to the application but even i am not able to see their roles when i tried to expand in shared services,we have users only for the native directory. is there any specific reason for this,
