In OTL (Time and Labor), is it possible to setup types of overtime through earning policy?

Appreciate your help on OTL. It's my first implementation and the references found are vague.

How can I setup an earning policy to differentiate an overtime on holiday with regular working day or weekend?

I created the following earning policy:

Type: Special Overtime Earning Rule

Use Points: N

Holiday Calendar: <holiday calendar>

Earnings included to meet OVT cap: <earning group>

Minimum T/C interval: 1

Round Up at: 1

The explosion worked fine for a holiday on a Friday but not for Monday to Thursday. Note that 14-Jan-2021 and 15-Jan-2021 are holidays:
