Issue with detail messages to create work orders not needed.

We have an issue where we keep getting detail messages to create a work order that is not needed once a current work order (Status inside Sup/Dem Inclusion) requested date has passed. This does not happen on all work orders only a very small amount. If the date is brought back to a future date it does not happen. Many other work orders may pass the requested dates but are not affected.

we run MPS overnight on scheduler, is keeps suggesting in DMR every day to add another work order and cancel an previous one. If you no not cancel it still just keeps suggesting another work order.
