Maintenance persons labor hrs recorded

Is there a report or application I can run that will tell me exactly how many labor hours a user had for a certain period of time. I have looked at P051121 but for some reason it is only bringing back a certain number of records and not everything. I also looked at Report R13440 but it won't let me use the data selection to narrow it down to just one employee number.
