Demo Pro*C programs

We're migrating to a new server and are having problems compiling a bunch of existing Pro*C programs developed by a third party. My starting point is verify that things are setup correctly in our RHEL 8.3 environment, so I wanted to start with the Oracle provided demo programs. The documentation refers to them in ORACLE_BASE\ORACLE_HOME\precomp\demo\proc but I don't seem to have them. Did I miss an install step? Or is there someplace I can download the sample apps from?
