CATpart file showing fonts as gibberish

in AutoVue (MOSC) 5 comments

Hi all,

I am using Autovue 3D Pro Advanced 21.0.2 build 10450 2018-08-12

When I open a CATpart file (created in Catia), I can see the part image but the embedded fonts are showing as unrecognizable gibberish. This is on a Windows 7 Pro computer. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling under the users profile, and under my own profile and get the same results. When I install Autovue on my computer running Windows 10 Pro, it displays the fonts fine.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue? I have attached an image of both the normal expected view running on my Win 10 computer, and the 'gibberish' view on the users Win 7 computer.
