BOM Transaction in JDE

Currently writing directly to the BOM Z file (F3002Z1) from and external system. We then run BOM Transaction Revisions (P3002Z1I). Everything processes correctly and creates a new BOM in JDE but does not update Alias (EDSP Processed Y/N) to Y or populate the Date Updated Alias (UPMJ).

If I go in and manually make a change to a field in P3002Z1 Transaction Revisions and then reprocess it then updates these fields.

Wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and what they did.
