2020 ACA Transmission File Upload Error TPE1201

Good Afternoon-----

Is anyone having issues uploading a 2020 ACA Manifest file? I am looking through posts and this error seems to come up a lot with trying to upload the file. If you are encountering issues with the 2020 file can you share some of the troubleshooting steps you have taken please? The IRS website and publication 5258 is a little thin on information. We are utilizing PeopleSoft Base Benefits on version 9.2.
