Upgrading EM13.3 TO EM 13.4

I have an EM13.3 with repository 19.10 all running on OS linux RHE7

I am following these documents:

Enterprise Manager 13.4 Cloud Control Upgrade Run Book (Doc ID 2715099.2) -this one is excellent with a lot of clarity and very precise

EM 13c: Checklist for Upgrading Enterprise Manager Cloud Control from Version 13.2/13.3 to 13.4 (Doc ID 2625646.1)

I did the software installation only. Then I followed the following two docs to upgrade the OMSPatcher and the OPatch- mess it up the first time but got it right the second time
