Hi All,

I am unable to login to Oracle Application R 12.2.3, it gives the below message,

Exception:

oracle.adf.mds.MetadataDefException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/fnd/framework/navigate/webui/NewHomePG, XML Path = null. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.

/oracle/apps/fnd/framework/navigate/webui/NewHomePG<Line 44, Column 92>: XML-20124: (Fatal Error) An attribute cannot appear more than once in the same start tag.
