Essbase 21c on premise - create application fails

I have installed Essbase 21c on premis on Orcle Linux 8.1 and with Oracle Database 19.3 following the official Oracle documenation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/other-databases/essbase/21/essoa/typical-workflow-administrators.html).

Before configuring Essbase I applied instructions in Doc ID 2324353.1 related to "Adrci: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.11.1".

Essbase and Oracle database reside on the same sever.

Installation and configuration went smoothly.

When I try to create an application named Test, either through the EAS console or through the web gui at http://<servername>:9000/essbase/jet/index.html, I get this error:

"Error: 1200448 [Failed to create [Test]. Reason: [Fatal Error : Server aborting]]".
