Is it possible to run the ACA_EXTRACT to excel to review data before printing the forms?

We are on HCM 9.2.30 and PT 8.56.15 and are wondering if there is a way to run ACA_EXTRACT to excel to review the data. When we run the process to excel we never get a file anywhere but possibly we could query the information afterwards to review the data.

Wondering if anyone has done this and am I missing something obvious?
