According to "Legislative Changes for the End of Tax Year 2020/21, the Start of Tax Year 2021/22, and the Real Time Information Changes Effective 06 April 2021 (Doc ID 2691935.1)": P11D Changes for 2020-2021 : To be Released as of 12 February 2021, subject to publication of corrected P11D and working sheets templates by HMRC.

There is still no patch available. Can you provide a revised release date?
