Refresh From My Oracle Support Job (REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB) status failed

In EM 13.4 Every Execution of job REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB I get the following error:

aru_product_releases.xml : Parsing...Done : Loading...

 - Error ce8e6481-d303-495a-a334-0424e442f6e3: An integrity constraint, that is, a foreign key, a primary key, or a unique key has been violated.

Cause: the release id '600000000168559' is not found in the parent release table

 - An error has occurred. The session is being rolled back.
