"Accepted" vs "Admitted" in Admissions on Student Center

Hi there,

I know the difference between "Incomplete", "Complete", and "Admitted" in the Admissions section of the Student Centre, but what's the difference between the "Accepted" with green circle, vs. the "Admitted" and the green checkmark?

Another question: When does the Student Center remove/no longer show an active application process in the Admissions section of the Student Center after a student has accepted an offer? After matriculation and conversion into active student status?
