Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a requirement to update 139 million records from 305 Million records from an indexed table on production database(11.2.0.4).

Could you please suggest fast and better options.
